Please see a message from our President: Effective immediately, students will no longer be permitted to park in the firehouse rear parking lot

This decision was not made lightly. Previous incidents involving irresponsible decisions, failure to follow established rules, and a lack of appropriate supervision have created concerns regarding safety, accountability, and the ability to maintain the lot for its intended purpose. When established rules are repeatedly disregarded, we must take action to protect our members, emergency operations, and the surrounding community.

We understand that this change may be inconvenient for students and their families. However, use of the firehouse parking lot is a privilege, not a guaranteed parking arrangement.
The gravel lot located between the firehouse and Food Lion remains available for student parking.
We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of the school community as we make this change. Our priority will always be maintaining a safe and secure environment for our members and the community we serve.

We would also like to remind everyone that the driveway directly in front of the firehouse garage doors is not to be used for student drop-off or pickup. Vehicles parked or stopped in this area may obstruct emergency apparatus and delay our ability to respond to an emergency. Keeping the firehouse access clear is essential to our department's mission and must remain a priority at all times.
